The pure flavour of caraway seed gives this spicy liqueur its characteristic yet somewhat anise-like flavour. Delightful as an appetizer but also highly recommended with different fresh fishes.
 

Tip: Compliments a fatty, smoked dish such as salmon or mackerel.
