

GIN

Distilled from grain alcohol with lots of juniper berries, coriander and Angelica archangelica seeds (known as wild celery or angelica). A delicious, fruity and fresh gin, that mixes well with a premium, classic Indian tonic water yet retains its presence.

Tip: a dash of Van Kleef rose liqueur in the gin creates a softer floral flavour. Highly recommended in the summer or mixed with tonic.
