Generous pieces of cinnamon stick are infused in alcohol for six months, before the cinnamon extract is mixed with a few selected ingredients and sugar. A treat added into coffee – or on the side –, it also works well as a kitchen ingredient.

When to drink:
As a digestif, aperitif or mixer 

Tips for drinking: 
Neat, on the rocks, in a mix 

Autumn/Winter: Perfect in hot cider or mulled wine.

Summer: Adds spice to fruit punches or iced teas.
